Germany's Bundesliga has selected ServiceNow as its Official CRM Partner, extending the vendor's existing role as its Official Workflow Partner. The football league says that since implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management in August 2026, it has consolidated its fan services from seven digital channels onto one platform, where 89 percent of enquiries are now resolved at first contact.

Southern Company Data Breach Affects 400,000 Utility Customers

Southern Company says an unauthorised party accessed its online customer portal and may have exposed limited account information for about 400,000 customers, including around 100,000 Alabama Power customers and 300,000 Georgia Power customers. Affected customers are being offered a year of free credit monitoring and identity theft restoration services through Equifax.
