Genesys Investigates Security Incident Affecting Internal Business Systems
Genesys is still investigating a security incident that affected certain internal business systems detected on October 16. The company says the Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage and Genesys Engage Cloud platforms were unaffected, but the full scope of the breach remains unclear. As part of its response, Genesys has suspended use of the learning management system related to the incident.
