The CX Awards 2026 winners have been announced – and every one of them won on evidence, not reputation.
Revealed live on CX Today's LinkedIn page, this year's winners and highly commended organizations were selected by an expanded panel of 25 enterprise leaders and industry analysts. Every entry was judged blind, with brand names stripped away so that results, not reputations, decided the outcome.
In the fifth year of the CX Awards, the bar has never been higher. The winners had to go beyond ambitious roadmaps and prove hard evidence of real-world ROI, seamless customer journeys and technology that is genuinely changing how businesses connect with their customers.
