Solvvy Accelerates Growth with New Addition

Conversational AI and automation platform Solvvy has announced the appointment of Charles Hicks as its new Director of Channels and Alliances.

Hicks will be responsible for expanding the company’s partnerships with the customer experience, contact centre, and CRM platforms.

Hicks expressed his sentiments towards the new position: "I couldn't be more excited to join Solvvy at this exciting phase in their growth."

"Intelligent automation and seamless integration of customer support functions across channels has become an imperative for leading businesses. I look forward to building deep strategic alliances with partners that share Solvvy's values and focus on enabling best-in-class customer and agent experiences."

In his previous role, Hicks served as General Manager at SugarCRM, leading the growth strategy and go-to-market execution of the company's automated customer support offering. Before that, Hicks led Client Services at the same company.

Throughout his career, Hicks has worked with CX companies including the likes of Zendesk, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Genesys, and others, as well as with leading VARs and System Integrators.

Mahesh Ram, Solvvy's CEO, said: "Charles is a consummate professional with a proven track record of building industry-leading alliance programs."

"With Solvvy's continued success serving more of the world's fastest growing companies, this is an ideal time for Charles to join us and identify incremental opportunities to drive growth with the many partners in our ecosystem", added Ram.

Solvvy delivers accurate self-service and personalised customer workflows, using advanced AI and Natural Language Processing. Solvvy's clients include HelloFresh, Vimeo, Under Armour, Twilio, Calm, GoFundMe, and others.
