Salesforce has launched Safety Cloud, a platform that streamlines COVID-19 testing and health status reporting.
Safety Cloud helps businesses improve event and workplace experiences by simplifying testing and entry protocols.

Testing is the path forward and Safety Cloud enables organizations of all types to take the complexity out of events, and bring people together again with confidence.
According to a recent Salesforce employee survey, 77% of employees said they want to meet up with their teams in person. To adapt to the upcoming changes in event and workplace environments, Safety Cloud enables companies to gradually return to the pre-pandemic times with several features for health reporting.
The platform offers flexible, scalable protocols which include testing, vaccine status requirements, identity and registration, personalised communication journeys, and others. Organisations hosting large-scale customer events can automate attendee testing protocols with the help of personalised emails which can identify positive COVID-19 cases before the event.
