IT automation and service orchestration firm Resolve Systems has announced the acquisition of Ayehu, a provider of a no-code intelligent IT automation platform.
Resolve said the rationale behind the purchase was to build a holistic solution that covered all areas of IT automation in the face of increased pressures on digital services.

Hyperautomation in the IT Space
Ayehu’s offering is to be integrated into the Resolve Actions “hyperautomation” line of products, providing IT teams with quickly deployable automation solutions. According to the company, among the benefits of the platform experienced by customers are reducing service desk ticket volume and cutting IT operation costs.
