NICE, a world-leading provider of on-premise and cloud software solutions, recently revealed a new announcement about it’s RPA offering. NICE provides a faster and easier way to develop new automations via updated functionality within the automation studio offering. There’s a user-friendly interface, drag-and-drop performance , and range of dedicated tools. Features also include a smart callout builder, and a new human-to-bot capability that supports more seamless collaboration and data transfer between the human workforce, unattended bots, and NEVA.
