LeapXpert has launched a first-of-its-kind solution to capture and enable enterprise communications on iMessage.
Describing itself as a "responsible business pioneer", LeapXpert has now released Governed Mode, via its LeapXpert Communications Platform.
The platform captures and facilitates conversations on iMessage between clients and employees through Leap Work and Leap Work for Microsoft Teams.
As a result, businesses gain visibility and control of iMessage business conversations and maintain compliance with recordkeeping regulations.

Many financial institutions want to use iMessage to keep up with client demands, but some corporate policies do not permit the use of native consumer messaging apps.

Last year, LeapXpert introduced the predecessor to Governed Mode, called Native Mode.
Native Mode enabled companies to capture messages sent via iMessage, allowing enterprise employees to begin using the channel as a means of communicating with clients.
Governed Mode takes this solution a step further, adding real-time visibility to client conversations.
Using LeapXpert’s desktop, iOS, and Android app, employees can now communicate using corporate and personal devices.
Integrations with archiving systems allow IT teams to access and store conversations and controls, such as Data Leakage Prevention, antivirus, and Content Disarm Reconstruction (CDR), to ensure compliance and that corporate policies are being met.
The solution is being showcased at upcoming events, including XLoD in New York, FINRA’s Annual Conference in Washington DC, Global Regtech Summit in London, and Banking Tech Awards USA 2023 in New York.
