Rick Hamilton will become the new CEO of Infovista on October 1st, 2023.
Meanwhile, the current CEO, José Duarte, will take the Executive Chairman mantle.
Hamilton is a relatively fresh face at Infovista, having only joined Infovista as deputy CEO in May 2023.
Later in August, the leadership team was further shaken up by the appointment of David Tulis as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer.
Despite these shake-ups, Rick Hamilton, CEO of Infovista, is confident of the company's direction.

Hamilton has experience as a telecoms industry executive with a focus on technology, operations, and finance.
He was most recently serving as General Manager at BluePlanet, a Ciena division. Before that, he was the Corporate Vice President of Professional Services for Juniper Networks, and he worked for 11 years at Cisco, where he oversaw the expansion of its managed services business.
Duarte Becomes Executive Chairman
Duarte has served as the company’s CEO since 2019, steering it through a sustained "period of transformation and growth", according to Infovista.
He has made key advancements for the company, such as building a new strategy for the automation of networks, selling the Ipanema SD-WAN business, and rolling up Empirix.
Empirix soon became Hammer, a prominent contact center testing platform - drawing Infovista further into the customer experience space.
Yet, now Duarte has decided to step down from his role as CEO, become Executive Chairman, and follow his "professional and personal aspirations".
