Eleos Health has announced the closing of a $20 million Series A funding round, bringing its total amount raised to $28 million.
Launched in early 2020, Eleos Health specialises in the clinical application of voice AI, operating in the background of behavioral health clinician-patient conversations.
Eleos captures and interprets in-session themes and patterns, generating post-session clinical progress notes and insurance coding. With the Eleos platform, clinicians spend 40% less time on documentation and administrative tasks. The platform also gives insights into recurring in-session keywords, clinician listen time vs. talk time, and provides a patient improvement rate.
Alon Joffe, CEO and Co-Founder, Eleos Health, said: "Behavioral health practitioners deserve advanced technology representative of and equal to the role they play in caregiving and healing," .
"In behavioral care, the conversation is the treatment. For the first time, Eleos is making it possible to digitize and manage the unstructured nature of behavioral health conversations, lending psychotherapists a new line of sight into patient needs, progress and outcomes."
