Five9, a leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact centre, announced the appointment of Chief Information Security Officer Hardik Parekh, an industry recognised executive with a track record of developing world-class security programmes in enterprise companies.

Prior to joining Five9, Parekh worked as a Head of Information Security at Rollbar where he built information security, continuous compliance, and IT teams, and defined and implemented the business technology strategy and roadmap. Parekh was also Head of Product Security at Splunk where he led DevSecOps transformation and delivered security at scale and speed. Parekh has experience working on on-premise, cloud, cloud-native platform/products, mobile products, premium applications and the application store.
