CCaaS and UCaaS solutions vendor Evolve IP has partnered with Anywhere365 to develop a Microsoft Teams-focused contact centre solution.
The deal will see the deployment of Evolve IP’s Anywhere Receptionist, a telephone operator console that integrates with Microsoft Teams, within the Anywhere 365 CCaaS solution.
The cloud-based solution allows attendants, receptionists, and contact centre teams to deliver experiences from anywhere. Being a Microsoft Teams-focused product, Anywhere Receptionist aims to improve the overall operator and caller experience, providing key insights in a single unified interface.
