Digital customer journey company EasySend has partnered with credit union service organisation PSCU on digitising customer-facing processes.
EasySend offers a no-code platform for optimising digital customer journeys, targeted at the insurance, banking and financial services industries. Its development platform leverages AI and machine learning to provide real-time insights into customer interactions, in turn allowing manual processes to be optimised into omnichannel digital experiences.
PSCU provides services such as payment processing, risk management, data and analytics, loyalty programs, digital banking, marketing, strategic consulting, and mobile platforms to 1,500 credit unions in the United States.
The two are partnering on accelerating and improving the efficiency of PSCU’s digitisation of data.
"We couldn't be happier about partnering with PSCU on their digitisation journey," said EasySend CEO and Co-founder Tal Daskal. "EasySend is excited to help provide the digital experiences that will enhance their customers' experiences and keep them competitive in today's ever-changing digital world."
The companies said the collaboration would also support PSCU’s introduction of a new platform for self-service enrolment at financial institutions while retaining a high-quality user experience. EasySend said its multi-tenant client-facing platform would support that development through complex business growth.
