Dialpad today announced plans to expand its WFO solutions into New Zealand, further boosting the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Dialpad is driving the unification of communications stacks for businesses throughout New Zealand offering their trademark scalable solutions that support a ‘work-from-anywhere' business approach.
Andre Morgan, information technology manager, Vend, said: “With Dialpad, my team can provision users and spin up new offices around the world in an instant.
"We provide 24/7 international support for retailers that need assistance, and Dialpad makes the customer experience far more seamless."
According to Frost and Sullivan the APAC hosted IP telephony and UCaaS market is expected to reach $3.5 billion by 2025 with Australia, New Zealand (ANZ) and Japan as the largest markets.
Dialpad will take advantage of this by leveraging capital from its recent Series-E funding round to accelerate research and development, while expanding GTM activities with a strong regional focus on New Zealand and Australia.
Youngso Lee, Senior Industry Analyst, Frost & Sullivan, added: “As a result of the shift to hybrid work environments, we are seeing massive adoption of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions across APAC, including New Zealand.
"Because Dialpad's platform was built in the cloud, the company is well-suited for global expansion. Its unique split-cloud architecture, combined with strategically placed data centres, reduces latency and ensures HD-quality voice, no matter where customers are in the world."
Dialpad’s Country Lead, Benjamin Relf, is managing the push into New Zealand, who was Dialpad’s first Auckland-based employee with more than 20 years’ experience.
