Manchester, UK-based online CRM Capsule has launched an integration with the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
Capsule customers also using Microsoft products can now connect their CRM to software including email solution Outlook, gaining a single location to manage contacts and sales opportunities. Calendar integration, meanwhile, lets events be managed from within the CRM and associated with customers, while the Single Sign-On feature allows simultaneous secure access to both paltforms.
Duncan Stockdill, Co-Founder & CEO, Capsule, said: "We created Capsule to address a gap in the market for a smart online CRM that is simple, powerful, and easy to adopt, and we think these features are increasingly attractive to larger businesses. Integrations such as the one with Microsoft 365 create a better user experience, help our customers grow, and help us expand our own portfolio of clients."
The new Microsoft 365 integration adds to the software’s existing capabilities, featuring integrations with the likes of Mailchimp, Xero, the G Suite and Zendesk, to name a few.
Cloud CRM and Pandemic Resilience
Capsule emphasised that the online nature of its CRM had helped with rapid adoption – especially crucial in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
