Customer data company Amperity has announced the 4.0 release of its solution.
The company offers a customer data platform (CDP) which allows enterprises to interpret data points created by customers - across omni-channel areas such as in-store visits, web traffic, mobile, loyalty programmes and other touchpoints.
The solution also uses AI to build comprehensive customer profiles and resolve identities, as well as offer analytics features such as customer data visualisations.
Amperity highlighted innovations in the new release as being clustered around delivering personalisation at scale and improving cloud data management. The latest 4.0 release includes features such as:
- Real-time event streaming
- Self-optimising predictive models
- Improved real-time query performance
- Cookieless sync options with adtech environments, including Google, Amazon Marketing and Facebook
"Amperity creates the data foundation that fuels the experiences consumers have with the brands they love," said Chris Jones, chief product officer at Amperity. "As a brand, you need to capture the memory of your customers as data, and then make that data available to everyone at the company. Your CDP should be the data infrastructure that not only touches every customer-facing system in your company, but delivers unified data that brings all the systems to life and allows them to work together for your customer."
Amperity said its platform allows companies to respond to the end of cookies and other sources of third-party customer data, helping businesses use the first-party data they already have to build up customer loyalty.
