Employee feedback management platform AllVoices has announced its latest Series A round of funding.
The company counts the likes of Zillow, Box and GoPro among its customers, and provides a platform aimed at compelling employees to feel safer as they speak up about issues. Aside from providing companies with data on issues raised, it also features tools to address said issues with automation and best practice guidelines.
The company’s latest $9.6mn Series A round was led by Silverton Partners alongside M13 Ventures and Crosscut Ventures. AllVoices said it would use the funds to provide more channels for employee communications, scale its platform and introduce new automated solutions.
"Silverton had been doing research into the employee feedback space for some time," said Roger Chen, Partner at Silverton Partners. "We identified AllVoices as a market leader and reached out to Claire even though they were not seeking funding at the time. We see the immense value in providing companies a way to collect and manage feedback that builds trust with their employees."
According to a report recently issued by AllVoices, 74% of employees would be more likely to give feedback if they believed it was truly anonymous – up to 85% in the case of harassment.
