Winter ’24 Release Highlights
Einstein for Service automates tasks using trusted CRM data, including work summaries, writing service replies, and knowledge-grounded email replies.
The Sales Emails feature assists sales reps in generating personalized and data-informed emails for customer interactions, improving sales prospecting and saving time.
Data Cloud Triggered Flows have now been made possible through Data Cloud’s data spaces and data model objects being placed directly within the Flow Builder.
This feature enables companies to use unified, real-time data from any part of their business to trigger flows and automate processes using clicks instead of code.
Slack Sales Elevate, which debuted earlier in the month, is a new integration with Sales Cloud and Slack, which grows sales numbers and bolsters productivity by allowing sales agents to use real-time data natively through the workplace collaboration platform Slack.
Pay Now for Salesforce Starter enables businesses to collect payment by embedding a link into any Salesforce application.
As a result, customers gain the flexibility to purchase via the digital channel they are already using.
Salesforce Backup is a native Salesforce solution that has been created to protect businesses from data loss and corruption.
Its simplified implementation offers an intuitive user interface for admins to set up and backup policies in a few clicks.
